PropStream changed real estate by giving investors a systematic way to find pre-foreclosure leads. Commercial auction salespeople have never had an equivalent — until InsolvIQ. We ingest the same public distress signals that have always existed, enrich them with contact data and scoring, and deliver them as ready-to-act lead briefs.
The problem
Every day, businesses that need auction services go unfound.
When a manufacturer files Chapter 7, the window to reach the owner before the trustee takes over is narrow — often 48 hours or less. When a trucking company's professional network data shows headcount drops 40%, that's a 3-month lead time before a bankruptcy filing. When a body shop lets its license lapse, it's a quiet signal that something is wrong.
All of these signals are public. They sit in federal court systems, state databases, county records, and business directories. But assembling them, enriching them, scoring them, and delivering them to the right rep at the right moment — that's the product no one had built for commercial auctions.
